Leadership Programme

The Leadership Programme is offered by the Institute for Strategic Leadership for mid-career managers and professionals who have been identified as high caliber with outstanding capabilities.

This 5-day intensive residential programme invites you to reflect on your current leadership style and learn how to develop your leadership capabilities for more senior roles.

As a future senior manager, you will be required to venture into areas where the skill set that enabled your success so far may not be relevant. As a senior manager you must develop the capability to provide leadership in more complex and diverse situations, including maximizing the power of the team by providing processes for group buy-in and decision-making.

Undertaking the Leadership Programme will assist with your successful transformation from manager to leader, and will open up a wide range of exciting career development opportunities.

Participants should choose a flight that arrives at Queenstown Airport no later than 12:30 on the first day of the programme (Sunday), and can expect to return to Queenstown airport at 16:00 on the last day (Friday).

Participants arriving from overseas should plan to arrive on Saturday (the day before the programme) and depart on Saturday (the day after the programme).
