Scheduling flights - Queenstown:

Arrival: Participants should arrive at Queenstown airport no later than 1230 on the Sunday the Programme begins. This may require participants from abroad arriving on Saturday.

Departure: Participants should schedule flights out of Queenstown no earlier than 1600 on the Saturday the programme finishes.

The Institute encourages participants to stay over on the last (Saturday) night if at all possible. Although not essential, it does give participants the opportunity to reflect on a very intensive week and make sense of the insights before returning home. It may also be a chance for partners to join the participants.
