Executive Coaching
This coaching provides you with an executive coach that has held a number of CEO roles and has experience as both a leadership coach and a strategy coach. The coach’s role is somewhat akin to a tug boat piloting a large ship out through the harbour and making sure that there are no collisions during the frenetic and complex initial stages.
The first 100 Days executive coach helps the new appointee prepare in advance for the first days at work, making sure that the right impressions are given, the right priorities are worked on, the right relationships formed, and the right expectations set. Then, over the next five months the coach provides the executive with a sounding board and an independent second opinion as well as a source of knowledge and experience gained from wider sources.

- CEO’s who are about to get a new Chairman and executives about to have a change in boss and wanting to tailor their relationship to fit with the personality and style of the new chief, and not that of the previous boss
Format
- Initial session reviewing the executive’s profile that includes personality and leadership style surveys, 360-degree feedback information and telephone interviews with selected work colleagues
- Eight face-to-face feedback and goal-setting sessions
- Ongoing coach
Fees
$3,500 - $9,000 by agreement
The fees include all coaching sessions and resource materials. Payable in advance by electronic transfer, credit card, or by cheque.
