Nikki is an executive leadership coach with well over 20 Years Executive Leadership Experience. Having held a number of senior roles in the medical, educational and sales fields, Nikki works with executives, middle managers and their teams in a wide variety of industries, from small businesses, to large organisations, for government departments and large educational organisations. 

Nikki’s why is “Making a Difference to People Who Make a Difference” and as an experienced coach and facilitator she focuses on growing leadership skills and understanding in both leaders and teams, and helping clients realise their potential, both personally and professionally. With the ability to connect with a wide spectrum of leaders, she has contributed to countless success stories of various executives and companies. 

Nikki is an alumnus of the ISL Strategic Leadership Programme.
